If user clicks ‘Compose’ on the left side menu, ‘Compose’ page will be opened, and he/she can compose a mail in several ways.

ⓐ Send :
After composing a mail, click ‘Send’ button to send the mail. The sent mail will be automatically deleted from ‘Draft’ and be on the list of ‘Sent’ folder.
ⓑ Preview :
Before sending a mail, user can view it in advance by using ‘Preview’.
ⓒ Save Draft :
While composing a mail, user can save it temporarily, modify it, and send it later on.
ⓓ Obtain Approval (optional):
This button allows user to ask a recipient an approval when sending a mail. If a user sends a mail with this option, ‘Approval’ button will be displayed when the recipient(a local recipient) views the mail.
ⓔ Transfer the Mail to Each per Recipient :
Even though user sends a mail to several recipients at the same time, this feature allows user to show as if he/she sent to only one recipient. The number of recipients will be displayed.
Change Character Set
User can change the character set to Univcode (UTF-8), Korean (EUC-KR), Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), or Chinese (Traditional).

Select sender and recipient
ⓐ To:
A user can register a set of sender’s name and mail address on the ‘Basic Preference Settings’ menu. It allows a user to select sender information when composing a mail and send the mail.
ⓑ Recent Recipient Addresses :

Click ‘Recent Recipient Address(es)’ to see email addresses that user used recently. Then the state will be changed to ‘on’.
ⓒ CC and Bcc :

Click ‘Frequent Recipient(s)’ to see the frequently used email address. Then the state will be changed to ‘on’. If user click it again, the state will be changed to ‘off’, and the email addresses will be disappeared.
ⓓ CC and Bcc :

Click ‘+’ button next to ‘To’ in order to display ‘Cc’ and ‘Bcc’. Then ‘+’ button will be changed to ‘-‘. If clicked ‘-‘ again, it will be changed to ‘+’ button, and input fields will be closed. The way of typing email address into the input field is same as ⓐ
Compose and Edit Content of Mail
ⓐ Type Subject :
This ‘Subject’ name should certainly be filled when sending a mail. The subject will be shown in the mail list.
ⓑ Fetch from Board :

Click ‘Fetch from Board’ button to open a pop-up window as shown in figure 6. If you click any subject of the board as designated arrow sign, the content of the selected mail will be typed into the composing mail.
ⓒ Select Input Mode (Editor/HTML/TEXT) :
User can select the input mode from Editor, HTML, or TEXT by using the combo box.
- Editor: User can compose HTML code by using editor.
- HTML: User can compose HTML code by himself/herself.
- TEXT : User can compose in general text mode.
ⓓ Editor :
This will be activated only if user selects ‘Editor’ as an input mode. In this editor, user can use font, size, character property, paragraph property, list-style-type property, indent property, dividing line property, link, image insertion, background color, stationery, template. Put cursor on each function button to see each function.
ⓔ Stationery and Template :
If user clicks ‘Stationery’ or ‘Template’ button, stationery or template list that can be adopted to the composing mail will be shown. While showing the list, the list will be disappeared if you click the button.
ⓕ Type Content :
The typed content in the Editor, HTML, or TEXT mode will be displayed.
Attach from Webfolder

ⓐ Attach File Button :
It allows a user to select files from his/her PC. If a user clicks on this button, the file browser will be displayed to allow a user to select the files and add them to the list. A user can also drag files from the file browser and drop them into ⓓ area.
ⓑ Delete Button :
In ⓓ area, select files and click ‘Delete’ button to delete them.
ⓒ Attach Webfolder Button :
It allows a user to select files from Webfolder. If a user clicks on this button, a Webfolder pop-up window will be displayed and list of stored files will be displayed. User can select files from this list and click on ‘OK’ button to add the files to the list.
ⓓ List of Attached Files :
The files that added through step ⓐ or ⓑ will be shown. User can sort them by filename, size, type, or duration. He/She can also delete them after checking the check box.

ⓐ Search Button :
Click 'Search' button to open 'Select File' window. After selecting files, click 'Open' to add them to ⓒ area.
ⓑ Delete:
After selecting files, click on ‘Delete’ button to delete the files.
ⓒ Attachment File List :
The files that added through step ⓑ will be shown. User can add files up to 10.
Additional Options
ⓐ Encrypted Email:
It allows a user to encrypt mail content and send the mail in the form of attachment. If recipient wants to read this encrypted mail, he/she should enter the same password sender entered when sending the mail.
ⓑ Importance :
User can designate how important this mail is. Default value is ‘Normal’. If user selects ‘Important’, the important mail icon will be displayed in the recipient’s mail list, and the recipient is easy to recognize it.
ⓒ Save to Draft :
This feature allows user to set whether the files added from the webfolder should be saved when saved the mail to draft.
ⓓ Save to Sent:
User can choose whether or not to store the sent mail to sent mailbox. If he/she checks this check box, all the mails will be stored to sent mailbox automatically when sending the mail. He/she can set it as a default on Basic Preference Settings menu.
ⓔ Encoding Type:

After composing mail, user can select ‘Send Now’ (default) or ‘Send Later’ when he/she clicks ‘Send’ button. If user selects ‘Send Later’, he/she can type year, month, and date using calendar. If user selects date information, the current time will be automatically typed into ‘Hour’ field. User can also change this time value by manual.
After setting time, click ‘Send’ button to send the mail. This mail will be temporarily stored to ‘Draft’ folder, and be automatically sent at pre-scheduled time.
2. Contacts (Personal Contacts or Departmental Address)

Contacts and Organization Menu
If user clicks ‘Contacts’ button in the ‘Compose’ page, ‘Contacts’ pop-up window will be opened as shown in figure 11.
In this window, there are three tabs such as ‘Personal Contacts’, ‘Departmental Contacts’,'Gmail Contact' and ‘Organization’.
ⓐ Personal Contacts
Click ‘Personal Contacts’ tab to open the registered address book page. The registered user name and email addresses will be shown.
ⓑ Shared Contacts
Click ‘Shared Contacts’ tab to open the shared address book page. This has same information (user name and email address) as ‘Personal Contacts’ except that all users share their address book.
ⓒ Organization
Click ‘Organization’ tab to open the organization page. The registered user name and part name will be shown.
User Group List
In this area, all the user group lists registered will be displayed. If a user clicks on a group name, sub-group list will be displayed on [3]area and user name and email address of the relevant group will be displayed on [4]area. On the shared contacts tab, all the group lists registered by users who shares their contacts will be displayed.
Group List
On this area, sub-group list of the group selected on [2] will be displayed. Using check box, a user can select whole group users.
User List
In this area, all registered users will be shown. If user clicks a group name in area 2, the user name and email address of the corresponding group will be shown. User can select users by clicking the check box.
Add or Delete Button
ⓐ Add Button
Using check box on [3] and [4] , select contacts and click on ‘Add’ button to add them to ‘To’, ‘Cc’, and ‘Bcc’, respectively.
ⓑ Delete Button
If user wants to delete the added user in area 6, select the user and click ‘Delete’ button.
To, Cc, and Bcc
If a user add contacts by using ‘Add’ button on 5 , the selected list will be displayed on this area
Search Users
A user can search for contacts by name, email, or character.
Ok, Close
ⓐ Ok
After adding users to ‘To’, ‘Cc’, or ‘Bcc’, click ‘Compose’ button. Then the corresponding user list will be typed to ‘To’, ‘ Cc’, or ‘Bcc’ field in ‘Compose’ page and be closed the window.
ⓑ Close
If user wants not to adopt any selected content, click this button.
3. Organization

Contacts and Organization Menu
If user clicks ‘Organization’ button in the ‘Compose’ page, ‘Organization’ pop-up window will be opened as shown in figure 12.
In this window, user can move among each tab such as ‘Personal Contacts’, ‘Departmental Contacts’,'Gmail Contact' and ‘Organization’.

User Group List
On this area, group list of organization that administrator registered in the initial stage will be displayed. If a user clicks on group name, sub-list of the group will be displayed on 3, and user name and division name of the group will be displayed on 4 .
Group List
It displays sub-group list of the selected group from 2. A user can select the whole group user by using check box.
User List
In this area, all registered users of the organization will be shown. If user clicks a group name in area 3, the user name, part, and position of the corresponding group will be shown. If user wants to search user from area 6, the search result will be displayed. If user selects ID radio button on the top of this area, the position, a default value, will be changed to ID.
Add or Delete Button
ⓐ Add Button
If a user clicks on ‘Add’ button after selecting contacts from 3 and 4, he/she can add the selected contacts to ‘To’, ‘Cc’, and ‘Bcc’, respectively.
ⓑ Delete Button
If user wants to delete the added user in area 6, select the user and click ‘Delete’ button.
To, Cc, and Bcc
On the contact lists 3 and 4 , select contacts and click on ‘Add’ button to display the selected list.
Search Users
A user can search contacts by name, email, or character from the whole group.
Ok, Close
ⓐ Ok
After adding users to ‘To’, ‘Cc’, or ‘Bcc’, click ‘Compose’ button. Then the corresponding user list will be typed to ‘To’, ‘ Cc’, or ‘Bcc’ field in ‘Compose’ page and be closed the window.
