Click ‘View Mail’ in the left side menu in order to check mails received to user’s account.

Search Mail

ⓐ Search :
Type the keyword to search.
ⓑ Open Details :
If user clicks ‘Detail’ button, an input box will be opened. User can type advanced search conditions in this box.
ⓒ Select Detailed Search Condition :
After selecting overall folder or a specific folder, type the keyword to search such as ‘Mail Subject + Body Text’, ‘Mail Subject’, ‘Mail Body’, or ‘Attachment File Name’.
ⓓ Search From or To :
If user wants to search ‘From’ or ‘To’, type ID, name, or some characters that ID or name contained.
ⓔ Search Date :
User can search by duration that received mails. Even though this field isn't mandatory, it is recommended to select this field in order to improve search speed.
ⓕ Search Button :
After setting search condition, click ‘Search’ button to search.
Google Search
To go to the Google search maintaining the search terms to search.
Read Mail Menu

ⓐ Forward :
Click the check box of the Mail that wanted to forward, and click 'Forward' button. User can forward the same mail and/or same attachments.
ⓑ Delete :
Within the mail list, click the check box of the mail that wanted to delete, and click ‘Delete’ button to move it to ‘Trash’.
ⓒ Deny :
Within the mail list, click the check box of the mail that wanted to deny, and click ‘Deny’ button to register it at the black list.
ⓓ Download :
Within the mail list, click the check box of the mail that wanted to download, and clock ‘Download’ button. User can store the mail into his/her PC through the pop-up window.

ⓔ Upload :

If user clicks ‘Upload’ button, a pop-up window will be opened as shown in figure 5. In the pop-up window, using 'Search' button, user can upload .EML-typed files or .ZIP file with .EML-typed files, and add them to the mail list. This uploaded mail would be used in the ‘View Mail’

Within the mail list, click the check box of the mail that wanted to move, and click ‘Move to’ to open folder list. Select the folder that you want to move, and the selected mails will be moved to that folder.
ⓖ Copy Mails :

Within the mail list, click the check box of the mail that wanted to copy, and click ‘Copy to’ to open folder list. Select the folder that you want to copy, and the selected mails will be copied to that folder.

⑴ Change Mail State :
Within the mail list, select the check box of the mail that wanted to change it’s state. Then user can change the mail state to read and/or important out of four alternatives.
⑵ Change View Mail List :
There are four types of option to display mail list. Within the mail list, select one option, and the selected mail list will be displayed.
⑶ Purge :
Within the mail list, check the check box of the mail that wanted to be purged, and click ‘Purge’ to delete it completely.
ⓘ Move Page and Set the Amount of the List :
Because total number of pages will be display, user can move to any page using the combo box. He/She can select set how many lines (per 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 lines) does he/she want to display within the mail list.
ⓙ Set How to Sort :
If user clicks ‘From’, “Subject’, ‘Date’, or ‘Size’, he/she can sort the mail list by ascending or descending.
Status Icons
ⓐ New Internal Mail:
When a new mail sent from internal user is received, this icon will be enabled.
ⓑ Confirmed Internal Mail:
When a user reads a mail, the icon ⓐ will be changed to this one.
ⓒ Replied Internal Mail:
When a user replies a mail, the icon ⓐ will be changed to this one.
ⓓ Forwarded Internal Mail:
When a user forwards a mail, the icon ⓐ will be changed to this one.
ⓔ New External Mail:
When a new mail sent from external user is received, this icon will be enabled.
ⓕ Confirmed External Mail:
When a user reads an external mail, the icon ⓔ will be changed to this one.
ⓖ Replied External Mail:
When a user replies an external mail, the icon ⓔ will be changed to this one.
ⓗ Forwarded External Mail:
When a user forwards an external mail, the icon ⓔ will be changed to this one.
ⓘ Important Mail :
When an important mail is received, this icon will be enabled.
ⓙ File-attached Mail :
a mail that attached file is received, this icon will be enabled
Read Mail

ⓐ Icon about private status : Classification of status information about receiving mail
⑴ >> : This icon indicates that this mail is sent to individuals.
⑵ > : ★Alias주소로 온 메일 This icon indicates that this mail is sent with others.
⑶ None icon : ★동보메일 외 기타 모든 메일 This icon indicates that this mail is sent by other Alias or main mail ID.
ⓑ Read Mail by Clicking Subject
Click ‘Subject’ of the mail in order to move to ‘View Mail’ page and read it.
ⓒ View in Pop-up Window
Click ‘View in Pop-up Windows’ button next to the subject name of the mail in order to open a new window and read it.
ⓓ Preview
Click ‘Preview’ button next to the subject name of the mail to read it in advance without opening new window.

ⓐ Reply
If user clicks ‘Reply’ button, sender’s email address will be automatically filled into ‘To’ field. User can be moved to ‘Compose’ page that contained the content of the received mail and compose it.
ⓑ Reply All
If user clicks ‘Reply All’ button, all email addresses contained to the mail header will be automatically filled into ‘To’ field. User can be moved to ‘Compose’ page that contained the content of the received mail and compose it.
ⓒ Forward
Click ‘Forward’ button to move to ‘Compose’ page that contained the content of the received mail and forward it to others.
ⓓ Delete
While viewing mail, click ‘Delete’ button to delete it.
ⓔ Deny
If user clicks ‘Deny’ button, this mail will be classified into spam folder, and the sender will be registered to ‘Black Addresses’.
ⓕ Report Spam:
If a user clicks on ‘Report Spam’ button, the relevant mail will be classified into the spam mailbox and forwarded to anti-spam system.
ⓖ Print:
If user click on the "print" button, mail will be printed.
ⓗ Download:
If a user clicks on ‘Download’ button, the relevant mail will be downloaded to PC in the form of EML.
ⓘ Move to:
If a user clicks on ‘Move to’ button, he/she can move the current mail to other mailbox.
ⓙ Copy to:
If a user clicks on ‘Copy to’ button, he/she can copy the current mail to other mailbox.
ⓚ Etc:
Using this button, a user can change mail status, register mail classification, purge, and view original.
Encoding
CrediMail supports character encoding for multi-language support. In case that the mail content is broken or isn’t printed normally, select suitable encoding to see a mail.
Tag
By inserting tags, user can search document by the keyword of the tag.
Attachment

ⓐ Open Attached Files:
Click on the attached filename displayed to open the attached file or download to PC.
ⓑ Save to Webfolder:
Select the attached file and webfolder which you want to save to, and then click on ‘Save to webfolder’ button to save the selected attachment to the webfolder.
ⓒ Save:
Select the attached file and click on ‘Save’ button to save the selected file to download to PC. If a user selects more two files, they will be compressed in the form of zip file.
ⓓ Write with Attachment:
Select the attached file and click on ‘Write with attachment’ to move to ‘Compose’ screen. Then user can send a new mail with the attached file inserted.
ⓔ Delete:
It allows user to delete relevant attached mail.
ⓕ Check Virus
It checks whether or not the attached file infected with virus.
